Patricia has been successfully leading organizations, managing projects and facilitating groups for over 20 years—from small-sized technology research efforts, to mid-sized human resources initiatives, to enterprise-wide IT projects. In 1999 she left the corporate world and started her own business focusing on organizational and training development consulting.
An articulate facilitator with a passion for the learning organization and the skills to make it happen, Patricia is especially effective in getting cooperation and buy-in from all constituents, and bringing out the best in people. She is skilled in the application of group facilitation techniques including brain-based learning, graphic recording, systems thinking, Open Space Technology and Conversation Café.
Patricia’s approach is unique in that she integrates authentic leadership expertise with leading-edge learning concepts and ancient yogic philosophy. The result is a holistic approach to work that honors the human spirit. As one of her clients commented:
"In my career, I have worked with dozens of specialists in group processes and technologies; I have not met a person who masters the broad cross-section of competencies with the elegance and ease that Patricia demonstrates. An organization engaging her in development of new concepts and initiatives will be astounded by the results.”
Patricia has an undergraduate degree in education from Southern Illinois University, and a Master’s Degree in Whole Systems Design from Antioch University, Seattle. In addition to being a member of ASTD, she is also a member of the National Speakers Association and a veteran of the US Navy.
