Solid State Systems and The Atlanta Committee
for the Olympic Games met in Atlanta in early August to discuss
the telecommunications needs of the upcoming Olympics, and how
Solid State Systems could help meet them. Solid State began by
out lining the five key elements of their proposal, and linking
them to the challenges the Olympic Committee faces. The Olympic
committee filled in detail on how many people would need what
kind of support, and what the schedule of increase looked like.
Both organizations discussed exciting ideas and initiatives that
are still up in the air.
