Introduction

Janet Rhymes is an outcome-oriented consultant with twenty years of diverse experience as a facilitator, trainer and educator. She has integrated graphics and visuals into this work to enhance clarity, engagement, participation, learning and change. A committed community development practitioner, Janet starts from a place of value and respect for those with whom she works.  Janet is innovative in the development of easy-to-read and use materials and learning aids that synthesize research, concepts and group decisions. She also excels in strategy development, policy analysis, planning, program development and evaluation.

Corrie Melanson is an innovative community developer, collaborative educator, and graphic facilitator with more than ten years of experience creating engaging and successful learning events. Her experiences as a facilitator, program developer, and executive director give her a breadth of experience with people and project management. She brings enthusiasm, and strong problem solving and analytical skills to every project. She also excels in strategy development, policy analysis, planning, program development and evaluation. Corrie Melanson is an innovative community developer, collaborative educator, and graphic facilitator.

As graphic facilitators Janet and Corrie have a unique set of essential skills, including the ability to plan effective learning events, manage group dynamics, and foster engagement and analysis. Our drawings display key content, collective thought processes and multiple points of view, all building consensus and group memory. This dynamic process will transform meetings and events leading to enhanced engagement, and better outcomes.

We are process, not content experts- that means we believe clients have the answers and the solutions within them. Our job is to draw them out, and ensure that other group members understand them. That means we don’t tell you what we think you should do, rather we help you come up with your own potential options and solutions.
