Dana Wright has over 15 years experience as an experienced Graphic Facilitator, Consultant and Coach with a background in organization development and coaching. She received her MSOD from the University of San Francisco and trained with The Coaches Training Institute in personal/professional coaching.
Her extensive work with private, non-profit and public sector clients in a variety of organizations has given her a unique breadth of knowledge in change processes and process management. She has facilitated large events and intimate senior team offsites, and uses her unique graphic talents to help groups see the bigger picture of where they’ve been and where they need to go.
Dana loves developing relationships with her client that help make each event just what is needed. She also loves to travel and meet people, who help her understand the bigger picture and how she can help groups move forward to what they aspire to become.
When she’s not working, she is having fun with her daughters, playing tennis, swimming laps and, when fortunate to get to the snow, downhill ski.
PHILOSOPHY
- Everyone has the answers they need within them; sometimes they just need a bit of help to tease it out
- Working with people over time tends to give better results
- Change comes easy for some and more difficult for others; everyone needs to be met where they are
- Creating engagement with people will result in the best results, as everyone gets the bigger picture and wants to participate in making things happen
