Introduction

Conbrio…advisor, strategist, communicator…provides process, tools and practices to build companies, organizations and communities.

We team with senior private sector executives and board members, elected and appointed government officials and not-for-profit leaders to set goals, implement programs, integrate acquisitions, improve employee participation, better communication and gather qualitative market feedback.

Teams or groups are our focus. (Even the smallest business or organization is a team.) In working with teams, we are servant leaders, designing, then guiding teams in conversations to brainstorm ideas, elicit views, analyze options, forge directions.

At the same time, we work one-on-one with executives, collaborating on specific implementation steps, bringing tested practices, conceptualizing alternatives and communicating results. We work with clients for a day, a month, a year - whatever it takes - to help them achieve their goals.
